CCtoUSDT is a software platform that facilitates the on-ramp of fiat funds (via card networks) into the USDT stablecoin delivered to a self-custodied wallet address that you provide.

We are not a bank. We do not take deposits, we do not hold customer balances on-platform, and customer funds are not insured by the FDIC or any equivalent deposit-insurance scheme. USDT is not a deposit and not a security; it is a third-party stablecoin issued by Tether Operations Limited and we have no affiliation with Tether.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money transmitter in every US state where money-transmitter licensing may apply. Where required by law we either restrict the service or operate within an applicable exemption or partner arrangement. Availability of the service may change with our compliance posture in your jurisdiction.

Convertible-virtual-currency activity in the United States is subject to oversight by FinCEN under the Bank Secrecy Act. Where applicable, we maintain customer identification, sanctions screening and suspicious-activity reporting procedures appropriate to the activity actually conducted on the platform.
