Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cctousdt Information Technologies Inc., a California corporation (US Tax ID 90-1156890), with its registered office at 19900 MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 340, Irvine, CA 92612, United States ("CCtoUSDT", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website and services offered at cctousdt.com (the "Services").

By initiating a transaction or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

CCtoUSDT facilitates the purchase of the USDT stablecoin using a supported payment card. The USDT is delivered to a self-custodied wallet address that you provide. We do not custody your USDT after delivery and we are not your wallet provider.

USDT is a third-party stablecoin issued by Tether Operations Limited. We have no affiliation with Tether and we make no representation as to the value, redeemability or backing of USDT.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive US sanctions (currently including Cuba, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Iran, North Korea and Syria) or to any person on a US, UN or EU sanctions list.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful in your country of residence. If you are unsure, consult a qualified attorney before transacting.

Depending on transaction size and risk indicators, we may require you to provide identification documents and additional information before completing a transaction. Failure to provide requested information will result in the transaction being cancelled and any card authorization released.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.

All applicable fees and the indicative USDT amount you will receive are disclosed on the order screen before you confirm. By confirming, you authorize CCtoUSDT and our payment processor to charge the selected card for the total amount displayed.

Exchange rates between fiat and USDT reflect the rate available to us at the time of execution and may differ from the rate displayed at the moment you started the order. USDT is delivered as soon as the card payment is confirmed by our processor; in some cases this is subject to manual review.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once USDT has been broadcast to the destination wallet address you provided, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed by us. You are solely responsible for the wallet address you submit. We strongly recommend you double-check the address before confirming.

If a card payment is authorized but USDT cannot be delivered (for example because verification fails or the transaction is blocked by our risk rules), the card authorization will be released or refunded to the original payment method.

If you initiate a chargeback against a transaction in which USDT was successfully delivered to your wallet, we will provide evidence of delivery to the card network and may suspend or close your access to the Services.

You may not use the Services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, the sale of regulated goods without proper authorization, or any other activity unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our reasonable discretion to comply with law or to protect the integrity of the Services.

We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Stablecoins, including USDT, are subject to issuer-credit risk and regulatory risk. We do not guarantee that USDT will maintain a 1:1 peg with the US dollar or be redeemable for its face value.

You are solely responsible for your tax-reporting obligations arising from your use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCtoUSDT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCtoUSDT, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD 100.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless CCtoUSDT and its affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services in violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. You retain the right to bring qualifying claims in small-claims court in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
