Cctousdt Information Technologies Inc., a California corporation (US Tax ID 90-1156890) with its registered office at 19900 MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 340, Irvine, CA 92612, United States, is responsible for the personal data collected through cctousdt.com. Privacy questions can be sent to compliance@cctousdt.com.

Identity and contact data: name, country of residence, email address and — where required for higher-value transactions — government-issued identification, date of birth and address. We collect this to verify who you are and to meet our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Transaction data: amount, currency, the destination wallet address you provide, the blockchain network used and the resulting on-chain transaction hash.

Payment data: a tokenized reference returned by our card payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or magnetic-stripe data on our servers.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser characteristics and the pages and actions you take on the site. We use this for fraud prevention, security and basic product analytics.

Communications: messages you exchange with our support team via live chat, email or support tickets.

To operate the service: process your order, deliver USDT to the wallet address you provide and respond to support requests.

To comply with US law and applicable sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules, including customer identification, record keeping and reporting obligations.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security threats.

To improve the service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

Our payment processor and the relevant card networks, as necessary to authorize and settle your payment.

Identity-verification and sanctions-screening providers that we engage under written confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Public blockchain networks: the destination wallet address and transaction amount are written to a public blockchain when USDT is delivered. This is inherent to how the blockchain works.

Regulators, tax authorities and law enforcement when legally required, subject to careful review.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law (CCPA/CPRA).

We retain personal data for the period required to provide the service and to comply with our legal obligations. In the United States this is typically at least five years from the date of the relevant transaction under Bank Secrecy Act record-keeping rules.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. To exercise these rights, email compliance@cctousdt.com from the address associated with your transactions. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may need to retain certain information after a deletion request to the extent required for our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We are a US company and our service infrastructure is operated through US-based cloud providers. If you access the service from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country of residence.

We protect your data using HTTPS in transit and at-rest encryption provided by our cloud database vendor. Sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and access is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is impenetrable; see the Security page for the concrete controls we operate and what we do not claim.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to operate the site (for example, to remember your language choice and active live-chat session). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

The service is not directed to and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
